We believe in giving our users complete control over their accounts and data.
1. Cancelling the Premium Subscription
- Your VahanShield Premium plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- We do not auto-debit your bank account for renewals. Once the 1-year premium validity expires, your vehicle will automatically revert to the "Free" plan, and premium features (like automated alerts) will be paused until you manually choose to renew.
- Mid-Term Cancellation: If you choose to stop using the Premium services before your 1-year term ends, you can simply stop using the app or remove the vehicle from your dashboard. However, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time period of the subscription.
2. Deleting Vehicles & Accounts
- Remove a Vehicle: You can delete any vehicle from your Digital Vault at any time using the "Remove from Dashboard" button. This will immediately stop all automated reminders for that vehicle.
- Account Deletion: You can request the complete deletion of your VahanShield account and all associated vault documents by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email. Upon verification, your data will be permanently erased from our servers within 15 days.
