Refund Policy

At VahanShield, we strive to provide a seamless experience for tracking your vehicle documents and challans. Please read our refund rules carefully, formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Digital SaaS Products

VahanShield operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Because our Premium Plan (₹499/Year) activates digital services, automated alerts, and API queries instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is successfully activated.

2. Exceptional Scenarios for Refunds

We will process a 100% refund under the following strict conditions:

• Double Deduction / Failed Transaction: If your bank account was debited multiple times for the same transaction, or if money was deducted but the Premium status was not activated on your dashboard due to a gateway error.
• API Failure: If you pay for a premium live search (e.g., RC or Challan details) and our system completely fails to fetch data due to server downtime for more than 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing

To request a refund for the exceptions mentioned above, please contact us at support@utix.in within 3 days of the transaction. Provide your mobile number, vehicle number, and transaction ID. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
